Implementation of C2C Communication in India

The mean of the CAR 2 CAR Communication Consortium is to standardize interfaces and protocols of wireless communications between vehicles and their environment in order to make the vehicles of different manufacturers interoperable and also enable them to communicate with road-side units.  “C 2 C-Car 2 Car Communication" means interactions among cars, between cars and infrastructures, and vice versa. The main goal of the C2C Communication is to avoid Accidents and improve the Safety while travelling. Road accidents have earned India a dubious distinction. With over 130000 deaths annually, to avoid this accident one of the most and Effective way is to implement Car to Car Communication in India. The WLAN using Ad-Hoc Network is a technology used in the C2C Communication. This technique is based on IEEE 802.11 Wireless technology adapted to European Standard.
