The present study aims to measure the awareness, usage and skill level of Information and Communication Technology for Teaching and Learning among teachers in Higher education. A case study at PSGCAS, Coimbatore suggests that teachers' abilities are satisfied in promoting e learning because of the students' involvement in ICT; it gives way to easy access, storage, usage etc. There is a need for professional development activities. Regular monitoring and evaluation and feedback loops should be established.
