Tribal populations are prone to substance addictions and substance use disorders (SUDs) including the misuse of their self-prepared traditional drugs. This type of abuse happens for several reasons and it has been increasing in modern times. In 2020, it has been revealed that the mental health impacts of climate change among Indigenous populations are projected to be increasing substantially in tandem with global climatic changes. The coordination between sociological and cultural determinants like Covid 19 pandemic and post Covid mental situation with physical and mental health as key factor among these people is the main perception of this study.
