National Agricultural Research Systems in Asia

This is the report of a regional seminar sponsored by the Agricultural Development Council, FAO and the ICAR held at New Delhi from March 8-13, 1971. The participants included a select group of scientists and research administrators from the South and South-East Asian countries and representatives of the USAID, Ford and Rockefeller Foundations.
