The E-banking (Electronic Banking) has made it convenient for customers to do their banking from geographically diverse places. The E-banking is changing the landscape of banking industry and is having major effects on banking relationships. Banks are using technology-driven delivery channels to reach maximum customers at lower cost and in the most efficient manner. This paper examines customers attitude towards e- banking.
