Stability studies were performed at accelerated temperature 25±1°C, 30±1°C and 40±1°C after 60, 120 and 180 days for observing changes in physicochemical nature of prepared kankasava (ASA) and marketed kankasava (ASA-1 and ASA-2). Study revealed that no change was noticed in color, odor and taste of ASA (prepared kankasava) up to storage of 180 days at accelerated temperature while at the same temperature after 120 days no changes were observed in odor of ASA-1 and ASA-2 whereas color becomes blackish green to blackish brown and taste become bitter. In case of pH slight changes were noticed in all the formulations at the accelerated temperature during storage. Moisture content were found changeable in marketed formulation during the storage up to 180 days while in ASA was found constant after 120 days. Percent residual drug content of prepared (ASA) kankasava was found 95.27% and 94.34, 93.1 for ASA-1 and ASA-2 after 180 days at 40±1° C while 98.2, 98.41 and 98.25 was estimated after 60 days at 40±1° C respectively for ASA, ASA-1 and ASA-2
