Nexus Between Total Productivity and No. of Complaints - A Time Series Analysis

Summers (1997) says productivity is doing something efficiently, quality is doing the right thing efficiently.

In this paper the nexus between total productivity and number of complaints reported has been computed to establish the ‘Threshold’ level of productivity to be maintained so as to minimise complaints.
