An Effective Heterogeneous Catalyst from Waste Material for the Biodiesel Production

The aim of this study was to develop an environmentally benign catalyst from natural waste material for the transesterification of vegetable oils. An ABO3 perovskite type metal oxide based robust catalyst was developed using egg shell and evaluated for effective conversion of vegetable oil to biodiesel.
