Ellipsometric Evaluation: Polyvinyl Chloride Leachables

The thickness of leachable components released onto the surface Poly Vinyl Chloride (PVC) sheet induced by different sterilization methods are measured, using an L116 Automatic ellipsometer. The changes in thickness observed on the same spot of PVC sheet due to continuous exposure of the laser beam are also discussed.
