This retrospective study is to determine the ontogenetic patterning of nasal septal deviation and if there is a relationship between deviated nasal septum and facial growth. By determining when septal deviation is more likely to occur, we can better understand the process and timely treatment. In this addition we have attempted to correlate septal deviation to facial growth pattern that will help determine predisposing factors of septal deviation.
