The exploratory factor analysis technique was applied to explore the dimensions of RTPs. The findings of the study revealed that four dimensions were extracted for 17 items of RTPs that accounted for 73.46 per cent of the variance. The findings showed that residents perceive that RTPs have a significant role towards the economic upliftment of destination communities.
