Asymbiotic Seed Germination and Seedling Development in Coelogyne punctulata and Aerides multiflorum

Asymbiotic germination of C. punctulata and A. multiflorum was carried out in-vitro. The variation in germination and seedling growth was observed and it was found that C. punctulata germinates faster than A. multiflorum. The seedlings of C. punctulata were more vigorous than A. multiflorum after 180 days of their sowing.

Abstract
