





Molecular and Diagnostic Study of Bacteria Isolated from Human Armpit in Al Diwaniyah city

The current study planned to explore the kinds of bacteria centralized in human armpit. Skin samples were gained from armpits of fifty infected patients in Al-Diwaniyah city hospital during a period of time January to March 2018. Routine microbial standard techniques were used in order to bacterial identification. Within 50 isolates were acquired from many cultures Staphylococcus spp. was the prevalent genus (64%) then Corynebacterium spp. (36%). In conclusion, the polymicrobic flora in highly incidence and divers were obtained in this research so confer human armpits a value of identification different pathogens specifically bacteria.
