The ultimate scenario of the virtual society where all communication is electronic, and process such as tele-working, tele-learning and tele-conferencing or even video conference substitute the actual person to person contact, in which human beings satisfy their need for interaction with one another.

One of the clean realities is that online learning is an important and valuable new player in the educational world of todays.

Virtual references have strong base and they have the power to change the traditional library system. The virtual library, however, implies no physical location, whether for the end-user or the source. The men can access the information from anywhere and the information can be held anywhere.

One of the disadvantages of the virtual learning environment is the lack of face-to-face personal interaction which traditional educational contact promote, the virtual environment may not entirely replace traditional classrooms and teacher pupil contact.
