We see all around communication revolution. Johannes Gutenberg invented movable types in 1548 to give the world print-on-paper revolution. This invention led to emergence of libraries on a mass scale and access to documents to readers became easier and faster. A reading habit culture has been promoted and the libraries have emerged in readers-oriented approach than to document-oriented approach.
