A Survey Report on the Bakery Industry in Rural India

This study points out the changing trend in the consumption of bakery products and the potentials of growth in the bakery industry. It is a sequel to an earlier study which had mapped the bakery industry in the urban sector and as such this study completes the picture of the bakery industry in India.
